What We've Achieved
Ethiopia: Developed a Proof of Concept for the Ethiopian Pharmacy Supply Agency (EPSA) to deliver a Center of Excellence at the Adama hub (2018). We are now in the process of scaling this to 7 other hubs plus 4 warehouses at Central.
South Africa: Originally developed and delivered the Direct Delivery Strategy for the National Department of Health (NDoH). Now supporting various work streams including the roll-out of warehouse management systems at Provincial level.
Nigeria: Conducted a private sector logistics market study to identify credible players with the capacity and quality to undertake major public sector health product warehousing and distribution operations.
In 7 African countries: Supported a project to outline a supply chain strategy to support the roll out of a new HIV PrEP technologies targeting young women and girls.
In 5 African countries: Supported a private sector study to assess the landscape of health commodity wholesalers and distributors.
